Help us Rebuild Raffa

Raffa Clinic sustains storm damage

As you may know, downtown Greenville had a storm last week on Wednesday evening that caused quite a bit of damage to multiple buildings. Our clinic originally reported that we were good and we asked you to pray for our other area businesses and homes that had been damaged. Unfortunately, the storms that came through on Sunday proved that to not be true. When we arrived at the clinic Monday morning we were greeted with a good deal of water damage and it was found that our roof had been badly damaged after all. Our staff is working diligently in our clinic to salvage what can be saved, but we are also realizing that there is much that will need to be replaced.

At the time of this writing, we are waiting for an insurance adjuster to know what will be covered. Our roofer has tarped the roof to try to keep further damage from occurring. We have large industrial blowers and dehumidifiers running 24/7 to attempt to dry out the building.

Due to the damage sustained, Raffa Clinic will be closed to see any medical patients until we are safe to re-open. But we are still here to serve them! We are reached out to other area pregnancy clinics in Rockwall, Paris, and Sulphur Springs and they have agreed to see any patient we refer over. They just need to call us and we can help them set up that appointment.

Ridgecrest Baptist Church has graciously lent us some classroom spaces so that our pregnancy and parenting classes can continue with minimal interruption. We truly appreciate the support and we know our Raffa families are thankful as well because it is through these classes they earn the diapers and things they need for their babies.

We are asking you to help support our efforts to #rebuildraffa and we can’t wait to re-open and show you how the Lord used this storm to make us better so that we can better serve our community! If you would like to help us by giving, please visit and give now. As more material needs surface or the need for volunteers to help with clean up or repairs surface we will share them on our facebook page at so please follow us there for the most recent updates and needs. We just posted a video there with a look at the damage. Here is a link to that video post

Thank you for all you do to support Raffa Clinic.

Thank you for your prayers.

Thank you for helping us #rebuildraffa
